The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short - ‘the BNSS’) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.41 dated 24.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 118(1), 190 and 191(3) the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short - ‘the BNS’) registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala. 2. Allegations levelled as per present FIR are that the petitioner along with other co-accused armed with bricks and sticks caused injuries upon the complainant party. 3.
