The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 26.02.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 6298-2005 which was further upheld in LPA No. 2032-2024 passed on 16.05.2025. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 30.08.2025 of respondent No. 3 has been filed along with speaking order dated 01.08.2025. The same is taken on record. 3. A perusal of the above referred to affidavit shows that order dated dated 26.02.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No. 6298- 2005 and order dated 16.05.2025 passed in LPA No. 2032-2024 have been duly complied with. 4. Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 5. Needless to say that petitioner can avail any other remedy as is available to him, in accordance with law, to chall
