(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.136 dated 27.07.2025 under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of BNS (challan presented under Section 108 of BNS, 2023) registered at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa, Punjab. 2. The present FIR came to be registered at the instance of Lakhwinder Singh and reads as under:- Copy of statement, "Statement of Lakhwinder Singh son of Ram Singh son of Nanak Chand resident of Roorki, age about 35 years, mobile number 70872-58834, stated that I am a resident of the above address and am a laborer. I was married to Saroj Rani daughter of Mahvir Singh resident of Khera about 15 years ago. Two children were born from our relationship. The elder son Raja Singh is about 13 years old and the younger son SUK
