Present petition has been filed praying for quashing/setting aside of order dated 22.09.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, in case FIR No.374 dated 20.04.2017 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 427, 506 of IPC and Sections 25, 54 & 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Thanesar City, District Kurukshetra, whereby the non-bailable warrants of arrest of the petitioner was issued and bail bonds/surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited. Further prayer has been made for staying the operation of impugned orders, during the pendency of the present petition. 2.
