The present writ petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 not to illegally harass the petitioners (petitioner No. 1, being a minor, through his next friend petitioner No. 2) at the instance of the private respondents. It further seeks a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to restrain private respondents from interfering in the lives of the petitioners, who are residing together peacefully. 2.
