The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-23902-2025 titled as ‘Tamanna Babbar vs. State of Haryana and others’, whereby respondent No. 2 was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 06.08.2025 preferred by the petitioner, expeditiously preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of said order. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 20.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), Speaking Order dated 20.05.2026 has been passed whereby the claim of the petitioner has been accepted. As such nothing survives in the present petition. 3. Copy of Speaking Order dated 20.05
