Present second petition has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.61 dated 27.06.2024 under Section 22(c) & 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks perm,ission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. However, he further submits that the prosecution witnesses are intentionally not appearing before the trial Court just to prolong the trial. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage. Prosecution is directed to ensure the presence of witnesses before the trial Court on the next date fixed before it.
