The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the retiral dues of the petitioner along with interest and to grant him financial upgradation under ACP Rules w.e.f. 2022 and to refix his pay. (2). During the course of hearing, a copy of the order dated 26.05.2026 has been produced which is taken on record as Mark ‘A’.
