RCS/A/1255 of 2021 titled as “Choithram Charitable Trust & Ors. vs. Satish Motiani & Ors.” pending before the learned XXVI Additional District Judge, Indore (hereinafter ‘Indore Suit’) which was instituted prior to the instant suit. 2.
