The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-University to allow the petitioner to join his duties as a Salesman in Publication Bureau with immediate effect and to grant him all consequential benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum and to release the salary of the petitioner for the duty period from 18.06.2024 to 07.10.2024 with interest @ 9% per annum.
