(ORAL) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the entire outstanding retiral dues and other consequential benefits alongwith interest. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent no.2 refers to the order 07.01.2025 passed by this Court as also to the short reply filed by way of affidavit dated 05.06.2020. It was brought to the notice of this Court that all retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter was adjourned twice on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner in order to verify the said aspect.
