The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the remaining amount and regularise pension of the petitioner, which has been illegally withheld since his retirement on 28.02.2022. Further direction has been sought to the respondents to pay interest @ 18% per annum to the petitioner on the delayed payments of all retiral benefits from the date of retirement till the actual realisation. 2.
