Today, learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company states that Company is agreeable to pay only an amount of Rs.3,25,000/- and not Rs.3,50,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the MACT. This counter-offer of Rs.3,25,000/- has been accepted by the learned counsel for the appellants who has signed the statement. Thus, as agreed, as per the statements of the learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settl
