Widow, minor daughter, minor son and parents of the deceased-Lokesh Kumar, have filed the present appeal for enhancement of compensation. The Tribunal vide award dated 24.07.2018 had granted compensation to the tune of Rs.20,86,000/- along with interest on account of death of Lokesh, which took place in a vehicular accident on 06.09.2015. 2. It has been jointly submitted before this Court that during the pendency of the case, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court and a detailed settlement/agreement dated 30.03.2026 has been placed on record.
