The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 13.11.2020 (P-19), order dated 07.06.2021 (P-20) and reply dated 25.03.2022 (P-25) vide which the legally maintainable claim of the petitioner for reimbursement of the medical bills was declined by taking a false plea that the treatment was not subjected to in emergency whereas the petitioner has suffered an amputation of right leg and declared to be 80% disabled by the respondent itself on 11.11.2020 (P-22). 2.
