The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release financial assistance of ₹2,00,000/- under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojna (for short ‘Deen Dayal Yojna’). 2. The petitioner’s son namely Prince expired on 04.07.2024 on account of abdomen pain. The petitioner filed an application seeking financial assistance under Deen Dayal Yojna on 03.09.2024. The application was uploaded on online portal. The application was rejected on 23.04.2025 observing ‘age difference’. The petitioner submitted representations on 09.09.2025 to Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas seeking financial assistance.
