(Oral) The appellants/defendants have filed the present appeal against the concurrent findings of the learned Courts below whereby the suit filed by the respondent/plaintiff for specific performance of the agreement to sell dated 14.3.2008 with consequential relief of prohibitory injunction has been decreed. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved by way of a Compromise Deed dated 24.04.2026. A copy of the said compromise has been handed over in Court, which is taken on record and marked as Annexure A-1. A copy thereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the respondent.
