Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the peti- tioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.455 dated 26.09.2025, re- gistered under Sections 21-C of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Sub- stances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 238 of BNS ad- ded lateron), at Police Station Civil Lines Sirsa, District Hisar.
