The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 61, dated 27.03.2025, under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 121(1), 122, 324(4) and 238 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 323, 341, 506, 332, 334, 427 and 201 of IPC), registered at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga (Annexure P-1). 2. This Court vide order dated 29.04.2026, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
