By way of the present Civil Revision Petition, petitioners have assailed the order dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), whereby the appeal filed by the respondents against the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sangrur, was allowed. Vide the said order dated 26.08.2025, the application filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC had been allowed and the parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to alienation, construction, possession, and change in the nature of the suit property. 2.
