HARPREET SINGH BRAR, J. (ORAL) 1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to consider and regularize the petitioner in terms of Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (Conditions of Appointment & Service) Regulations, 1981 as amended upto 11.08.2010 (Annexure P-1) read in conjunction with the law along with all consequential benefits @ 18% per annum. Further, directing the respondents to count the daily wage service rendered by the petitioner w.e.f. his date of joining followed by regularization towards pension and pensionary benefits along with all consequential benefits @ 18% per annum. 2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisf
