The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and take action on their representation dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-5). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have made a representation dated 27.04.2026 (Annexure P-5) raising their grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon.
