The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 15.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-4222-2025. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 19.05.2026 of Dr. Aditi Salaria, Director, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Punjab has been filed in the Court today along with speaking order dated 27.01.2026. The same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the affidavit dated 19.05.2026 shows that order dated 15.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-4222-2025 has been duly complied with. 4. Accordingly, the contempt is purged.
