By way of the instant petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.), petitioner – Surinder Singh seeks quashing of proclamation order dated 08.12.2025 (Annexure P-9), whereby he has been declared as ‘Proclaimed Person’ by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SAS Nagar, in proceedings arising out of complaint case No.NACT/450/2023 dated 16.05.2023, titled as “IndusInd Bank v. Surinder Singh”, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the summons issued in the aforesaid proceedings were never served upon the petitioner. Thereafter, vide order dated 03.07.2025 (P-5), the learned trial Court issued bailable warrants against the petitioner for 05.08.2025. Since, bailable warrants issued against the accused/petitioner were not received back
