(Oral) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to refix the pay and pension of the petitioner by granting the benefit of annual increments by counting the period of extension in service along with all consequential benefits including arrears of pay and pension with interest @12% per annum. 2.
