Succinctly the facts of the case are that the police party while on patrolling on 16.03.2026, when reached near Mahavir Dal Eye Hospital, saw a young boy holding a transparent polythene bag in his hand, who on seeing the police party got perplexed and tried to escape, however, he was apprehended by the police party.
