The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.302 dated 29.12.2025, registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 117(2), 333, 305, 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to sections 324, 323, 325, 452, 380, 506, 34 IPC), at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 27.02.2026. 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide orders dated 12.03.2026 and 20.04.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 07.05.2026 has been received from the Ld. CJM, Tarn Taran.
