Upon scrutiny, the Registry raised certain objections on the same date, which remained unattended and were never removed by the learned counsel concerned. 2. In terms of Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, any petition on which objections are raised by the Registry is required to be taken back by the counsel/party concerned for removal of objections and re-filing within the prescribed period.
