The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the retiral/service benefits of the petitioner including commutation of pension, withheld 25% gratuity, 25% leave encashment and all consequential benefits arising thereof along with interest @ 12% per annum. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has also submitted representation dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-11) to the respondents which is still pending consideration.
