The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C) for quashing of FIR No.110 dated 03.06.2020 under Sections 406/420 of IPC read with Section 24 of Immigration Act registered at Police Station City Nawanshehar, (SBS Nagar) (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on basis of compromise dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is outcome of a monetary dispute which has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
