Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram and others ....Respondents CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSH BUNGER Present: Mr. Atul Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana. Mr. Ravi Yadav, Advocate for the respondents No.3, 9, 10 and 11. ***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram, whereby he has set aside the partition proceedings and remanded the matter to learned Assistant Collector for deciding the matter afresh. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not press the instant petition as far as the challenge to the order dated 26.11.2025 (Annexure P-8) is concerned; however, since the partition proceedings have been pending from long time; accordingly he submits that time bound direction be issued to learned Assistant Collector for deciding the remanded matter.
