(ORAL) Prayer in the present civil writ petition, filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to issue passport to the petitioner. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there was a mistake in the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of the passport, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the passport authorities with fresh application and then avail his legal remedy, if need so arises. 3.
