Present petition has been filed praying for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 & 5 as the life and dignity of the petitioner is being threatened by the action of respondents No.4 & 5 as they are threatening the petitioner after getting the concession of regular bail by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2025 in case bearing FIR No,208, dated 03.10.2024, under Sections 351(2), 326(g), 3(5) and 115 of BNS, registered at Police Station City Safidon, District Jind, by the petitioner against respondents No.4 & 5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed his representation dated 21.04.2026 (Annexure P-6) before Superintendent of Police, Jind, but no action has been taken on the same till date.
