(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner, who is working as Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) (Chemistry), for change of cadre from Rest of Haryana (RoH) to Mewat cadre. 2. Learned State counsel has referred to the instructions received from the Department, dated 11.03.2026, Annexure ‘A’, to contend that the petitioner was selected for appointment as PGT in both the cadres, i.e., RoH and Mewat. However, selection to Mewat cadre was made earlier and, upon accepting the offer of appointment, he joined the post there. Subsequently, he was offered appointment in RoH cadre as well, which too was accepted by him.
