The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-15261-2024, whereby, direction was issued to the respondents to pass specific orders after considering the case of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, affidavit of Jitender Kumar, Director General Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, dated 18.02.2026 along with speaking order dated 07.01.2026, attached as Annexure R-1, qua petitioner No.3, has already been filed in the Registry.
