The appellants are aggrieved by the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 22.04.2026 passed in CWP-26310-2015 wherein the Court has refused to issue any direction for regularizing the services of the appellants. The appellants admittedly were engaged as part-time messengers- cum-sweepers and as per the claim of the petitioners-appellants, they have been working for nearly two decades. 2. The authorities have not accepted the claim of the appellants on the ground that the engagement itself is part-time and there are no rules which provide for regularizing the services of such employees. 3.
