This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing the order dated 17.11.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhiwani in FIR No. 0055 dated 22.02.2018 U/s 379 I.P.C (303 BNS) registered at police station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani vide which petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had suffered from Hepatitis B and C (Black Jaundice) serious liver disease and got admitted in Civil Hospital, Kaithal and thereafter, he got admitted in PGI Rohtak and was about to die. Consequently, he could not appear before the learned trial Court. As such, he was declared as proclaimed person vide order dated 17.11.2021 (Annexure P-2).
