This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing the impugned order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 02.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat in Criminal Appeal No. CRA/100/2024 ‘Surender Singh vs. Dalbir Singh’, arising out of NACT 2671/2019 titled as ‘Dalbir Singh vs. Surender Singh' whereby the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and non-bailable warrants have been issued for his arrest due to his non-appearance in the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed. As such, the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled, bail bonds and surety bonds have been forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants have been issued against him vide order dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P
