(ORAL) The limited prayer in the present writ petition is to direct the authorities concerned to carry out the demarcation as there is an encroachment on the land which has been reserved as a pond. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the demarcation would be carried out within a period of one month from today after giving advance notice to all the parties concerned. 3. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed off on the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the demarcation would be carried out within a period of one month from today after giving due notice to all the parties concerned.
