Further, a direction has been sought to the respondents to grant the said benefits to the petitioners in the light of office order dated 11.12.2024, Annexure P-14, whereby similarly placed employees in the Department have been promoted as PGT English with effect from 11.07.2005 by giving them benefit of seniority on the basis of adhoc service. 2.
