Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in the present litigation/suit pertains to the encroachment of khasra No.566/1/4 but while passing the impugned order dated 09.04.2026, the learned Trial Court has ordered demarcation of khasra Nos.533 and 566/1/4, whereas khasra No.533 is not the subject matter of the present suit. 2. Learned counsel further prays for withdrawal of the present petition but may be given liberty to move an application before the Trial Court for modification of the order dated 09.04.2026 and for exclusion of khasra No,533. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty, 4. In case, any such application is moved, the Trial Court shall pass a speaking order as to how khasra No.533 is also required to be demarcated in the present proceedings
