This petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (erstwhile 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of Regular Bail in case arising out of FIR no.248 dated 08.10.2025 under Sections 323, 120-B, 201 of IPC, 1860 (115(2), 61(2), 238 BNS, 2023) Section 10 of POCSO Act, 2012, 67-B IT Act, 2000 and Section 75 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2025 registered at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage of the complainant with the petitioner was solemnized on 20.08.2013, and out of the said wedlock, a son, namely Pawan Kumar, was born on 17.12.2014.
