The present petition under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.198 dated 04.04.2021 registered under Sections 302, 303, 212, 341 and 34 of IPC and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Shivaji Colony, District Rohtak. 2.
