(Oral) The applicant-appellant has already filed an appeal bearing CRA-D-132-2024 titled “Suraj v. State of Haryana”. Subsequently, another appeal bearing CRA-D-204-2024 has also been filed separately by the same convict. In CRA-D-132-2024, the applicant-appellant has already been granted the concession of suspension of sentence in the miscellaneous application bearing CRM No.45136 of 2024 on 18.03.2026 hence, the present appeal as well as the accompanying application for suspension of sentence are duplicate in nature. Accordingly, considering the fact that the appeal filed by the convict is already pending consideration before this Court, the present appeal along with the accompanying application are dismissed with the observation that duplicate appeals are not maintainable.
