The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to correct the sale deed No.2433 dated 24.08.1978. He further seeks direction to the respondent to decide his representation dated 11.11.2025. 2. The petitioner is a resident of Ward No.7, Panipat. His grandfather purchased plot No.346, Ward No.7, Panipat vide sale deed No.2434 dated 24.08.1978. The aforesaid plot was transferred in his father’s name. He along with his brother became owner of the plot after demise of his father. He applied for certified copy of sale deed dated 24.08.1978 and came to know that plot No.346 does not relate to sale deed No.2433 whereas correct sale deed is 2434. He submits that the same has been wrongly mentioned instead of sale deed No.2433 in the DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.
