The present appeal is being preferred under Section 14A (2) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (as amended) against the order dated 12.2.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran vide which the bail application of the appellants under section 482 BNSS stands dismissed. 2.
