The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.57 dated 02.02.2025 registered under Section 21C and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (for short “NDPS Act”) at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa. 2.
