Mr. Abhimanyu Batra, Advocate with Mr. Sunil Gupta, Sr. Legal Manager for the Insurance Company. *** As agreed in terms of statements of learned counsel for the appellant(s), learned counsel and representative of the respondent- Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs.1,60,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Sixty Thousand Only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant(s) in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellant(s), the enhanced amount be paid to appellant(s). The appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for Rs.1,60,000/- in the name of appellant(s) with the office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within six weeks from today, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment shall follow on the said amount. The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall issue proper receipt
