The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 17.09.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-27696-2025, whereby, direction was issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice filed by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 17.09.2025, speaking order dated 04.05.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 04.05.2026 shows that order dated 17.09.2025 passed in CWP-27696-2025 has been complied with. 4.
