This revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the learned Rent Controller, Amritsar to expedite and decide the proceedings in case bearing No. RP-357-2022 (Annexure P-1) titled as “Sunita Arora Vs. Sethi Light and Tent House and Anr.”, which is pending before the Court of learned Rent Controller, Amritsar, within a time-bound period. 2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the material on record. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with, as it would only delay the proceedings and cause unnecessary expenditure to the respondents. 4. Case of the petitioner is that she instituted an eviction petition under Section 13 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restric
